Booking Policies

• Classes must be booked in advance through our online booking system
• Class capacity is limited and bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis
• We reserve the right to cancel or modify class schedules with reasonable notice
• Membership packages and class credits are non-transferable and non-refundable
• Unused class credits expire according to the terms of your membership package

Class Cancellations

• Classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time
• Late cancellations (within 2 hours) will result in forfeiture of the class credit
• No-shows will result in forfeiture of the class credit
• Emergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Membership Cancellations

• Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation
• Annual memberships are non-refundable except for medical reasons with documentation
• Refunds for medical cancellations will be prorated based on usage
• Processing fees may apply to refunds

Medical Considerations

• Participation in yoga classes is at your own risk
• Consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program
• Inform instructors of any injuries, medical conditions, or pregnancy
• Listen to your body and modify poses as needed
• Stop any activity that causes pain or discomfort

Studio Safety

• Follow all posted safety guidelines and instructor directions
• Use provided equipment properly and report any damage
• Maintain personal hygiene and clean up after yourself
• Respect other students' space and practice
• Arrive on time to avoid disrupting class

General Conduct

• Maintain a respectful and peaceful environment
• No photography or recording without permission
• Turn off or silence mobile devices during class
• No food or drinks in the practice areas (water is permitted)
• Dress appropriately for yoga practice

Facility Use

• Studio hours and access are subject to change
• Personal belongings should be stored in designated areas
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Use of studio facilities is limited to active members
• Guests must be accompanied by members and pay applicable fees

• All fees must be paid in advance of services
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Returned payments will incur a $25 processing fee
• Membership fees are automatically charged on the renewal date
• We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments
